Document size to large for Quark

Hello,

I am very new to Quark and hope that there is somebody out there who can help me with this.

I need to design a poster @ "12"x"28", but when I try to give my document this file size it won't allow me to go over 24"

I am in dire need to get this resolved as the deadline for this is coming fast.

That is ODD.
I have tried it on both Q4 and Q5 and it works just fine for me.

Try reinstalling OR check to see what the printer settings tied in may be.
