Sounds like a corrupted file. AFAIK, the only solution if you wanna keep yopur work is to copy the SHEETS to a new workbook
Left click on sheet1, use the "goto last sheet arrow", hold down shift and click on the last sheet.
Right click on a tab
Choose Move or copy
Choose copy and select "New Workbook"
Should solve the problem Rgds
