Was it happening just once? How often? And how? What are you trying to print?
Check the drivers of the printer.

This problem is happening the wholetime the jobs are spooling but not printing. I am trying to print test pages/word documents. The error is appearing in the event viewer I all ready reinstalled the driver on the server.

It could be just the printer driver.
You can adjust some things in the Printer/Properties. Check Advanced tab.
Check print processor. What value you have there? Try option RAW.
Eventually see how printing directly is working.

And, anyway, the question is how often this is happening?
