Do I need to copy Pfile init.ora too??

Im doing a coldbackup and i've already copyied all my datafiles controlfiles etc AND THE initNAME.ora file, but that files points to another INIT.ORA file so my question is do i have to copy the \\orahome\admin\NAME\pfile\INIT.ORA
?????

Yes. That file contains all your initialization parameters. It would be quite difficult to recover your database if you lost it and didn't have a backup copy somewhere.
