Do I need another Service(Clock)Cartridge or Combo Card?

My client is getting an error message several times per day of 63-206,207, 208. That translates to No DTMF Receivers. Client currently has a MICS with 2 DTI Cards, for 2 Voice T1s. Currently 1 6-Port Combo Card.

what are the symptoms that the customer is facing other than the error messages?

how is their traffic , what is the maximum simultanous calls that come in AND go out

if your traffic is real really high ..then a second services cartridge will address your problem

I don't have the exact reference but the installer guide has a note in it that you may need two combo or services cards for two DTI cards. the DTMF Receiver and tone generators are in the combo and services cards, you may only need a services card if you have enough fiber ports to satisfy your present needs. I don't think you would need to upgrade software for a second services card.

There are 5 DTMF receivers on a combo card which is likely insufficient for that many lines. Put in a second combo card for an additional 5 DTMF receivers. You will need XC software if you don't already. Do the software upgrade first before adding the second combo card.
