Hello. I am a relatively new programmer so please put up with my question...but I have an application I am about to release for sale for a specific medical industry. Do I have to mention somewhere in the program that I used Visual Basic 6 Professional Edition to create it? If so, can you direct me to what it would say...also, do I have to mention it alone or could I add it to my license agreement?
thanks
glenn

You don't have to mention it at all. From the customers point of view, so long as it works you could have coded it in machine code. Peter Meachem

Of course (in theory) you should have a legitimate licence for the VB you use... but beyond that there's no need to acknowledge that you used VB to create your software.
