Do I have Exchange 2000 or 2003? what SP do I have?

Our MS exchange server is Version 6.5 (build 7638.2 SP2).Is this Microsoft Exchange 2000 or Microsoft Exchange 2003?

build 7638.2 SP2- Does this mean we have exchange 2003 SP2? What are the exchange 2000 versions?
