We have a 2003 Active Directory Domain. All the sudden, workstations started to have a DNS and WINS server address pushed out to their PC (an address that hasn't been used in over a year). Not just pushed out like DHCP would, but when you look at the properties in TCP/IP it actually populates the WINS and DNS entries in there.

Before this happened, the DC which is also the DNS, WINS, and DHCP server began to run out of disk space and started to receive all kinds of Active Directory errors.

Did something get activate in Group Policy that I should check?

Check you log files and see what's there. Good luck.
