We have a W2K member server as our primary DNS server. I want to setup a NT4 server as a secondary DNS server and have all the zones replicating to this NT4 box. Can anyone please point me in a direction to where I can get some reading material regarding this setup.

You do realize nt has been retired, so you'll get limited if any support from M$. As of the beginning of the year, you can't even get pay per incident help from them, and starting in the year 2007, even online support will be gone.
Why not set up a second w2k server, and you can have two dc's with fully functioning replication.
