DNS problem

My NT4, have a DNS record.
MX = 202.xx.xx.200 Perference = 5000
MX=202.xx.xx.211 Perference = 50
MX=202.xx.xx.14 Perference = 10000

But why my email direct go into 202.xx.xx.200 ?
I am sure my IP 211 is connected to Internet, coz, I can ping it in other place.
But my server have a firewall, it use the Firewall IP 192.xx.xx.211 ? or use the real
IP 202.xx.xx.211 in the DNS setting?
Anyone know why?

Is the 192 a MIP to the real internet address? If it is there should be no problems with this......
