You may have removed it as a delegated name server but your zone files still contain it as an NS entry. Your delegation info is correct:
Domain servers in listed order:
SERVER1.AQUARIUSINC.COM
NS2.AQUARIUSINC.COM
But if I ask one of those servers for a list of name servers for the zone I get:
dig aquariusinc.com ns @SERVER1.AQUARIUSINC.COM
;; ANSWER SECTION:
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS server1.aquariusinc.com.
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.aquariusinc.com.
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.aquariusinc.com.
dig aquariusinc.com ns @NS2.AQUARIUSINC.COM
;; ANSWER SECTION:
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.aquariusinc.com.
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.aquariusinc.com.
aquariusinc.com. 86400 IN NS server1.aquariusinc.com
So your name servers are basically saying, you can also get information about this domain from ns1.aquariusinc.com, which of course, you are no longer using.
You need to remove this from your zone file.
