DNS not Propagating

I have a virtual server (vs94.server4me.com) running BIND 8.4.2. I also have a registered domain name (civil-trial-lawyers.com) that is pointing both at vs94.server4me.com and ns1.vs94.server4me.com. I.e., if you check whois, it returns both addresses as domain servers.

When I query either address on my server using dig or nslookup, it returns the correct IP address. All other name servers return a "no such domain" error when queried, and no clients can resolve the name.

What am I doing wrong?
