Where do I set up DNS Forwarding on Windows Server 2003 for for the clients in the server's domain to access the Internet?
 
Go into the DNS console (dnsmgmt.msc), right click on your DNS server and go to properties. Then click on the forwarders tab, and add your ISPs DNS server IP addresses for "all other domains
 
Hello mlichstein. Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me how to get into the DNS console?
 
Click on start, then run, then type dnsmgmt.msc

Or go to start, programs, administrative tools and look for DNS.
