The system failed to register pointer (PTR) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:
Adapter Name : {E12E7529-7C9D-42E1-944A-80172EE1B0A7}
Host Name : appserver
Adapter-specific Domain Suffix : <domain>.com
DNS server list :
172.XX.X.XX,
Sent update to server : 192.175.48.1
IP Address : 172.XX.X.XX
The reason that the system could not register these RRs was because of a security related problem. The cause of this could be (a) your computer does not have permissions to register and update the specific DNS domain name set for this adapter, or (b) there might have been a problem negotiating valid credentials with the DNS server during the processing of the update request.
You can manually retry DNS registration of the network adapter and its settings by typing "ipconfig /registerdns" at the command prompt. If problems still persist, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

This problem has arrised within our network causing myself not able to put people on our server. I've researched this on different websites and found out that IP is prisoner.iana.org, which is the blackhole server for private IPs. It is being forwarded there because you have your providers IP listed for
DNS.
-and/or-
Create a reverse lookup zone named 168.192.in-addr.arpa. Set it to allow
Dynamic updates and this will go away.
I've checked on the DNS to make sure it is set to our IP and not of the ISP. I didn't create a reverse lookup zone because why all of the sudden it doesn't work when my setup is the same.
Any other suggestions that i could try out?
Thanks in advance
