DNS and WINS do not start on boot - W2K3 R2

Hello all.

My technician has just installed Windows 2003 Std R2 from scratch and on reboots the DNS and WINS server do not start. If you go into services they will manually start but obviously this is not right?

Any ideas guys?

Is there any issues logged in the Event Viewer? The Services are obviously set to Automatic...
