Hello
As I remember this is a problem in VM to work on the status of an extension.
It makes no difference between a busy, DND and a hot desk that is logged off.
In VMPro 2.0 there was a new option “Route by Call Status” to see the state of the extension; No Answer, Busy, Out of Hours and Default. This means that al the functions that can give you a busy tone, gifs a busy state in VMPro and noting ells.
