Is there a way to put an extension on a phone - which you can see if that line is busy (say it belongs to your boss) - but you want to disable anyone from picking up that extension?
so something like (theoretically):
key 5 SCNP 5555 0
SCNP - no ring - private - you can see it but you can't access it - you can't answer it - and you can't use that line to make a call
did that make sense
