One of our executives just got an admin assistant and wants her to be able to answer his extension when he's away. Will a BSF key allow answering? I know you can see when the extension is in use and transfer to it using a BSF key, but I'm not sure you can answer an extension with that key. If not a BSF key, then what key (if one exists) will allow these functions?

a busy forward status key shows when any line on a tn is busy, and allows the user to forward that same tn (all marped lines) to their phone.. if i press my bfs key, all your line are forwarded to me. a scr (ringing) or scn (nonringing) key will do exactly what your needing..don't change the marp, return at that prompt
