Hi, just a question
i have 4620 phones and the dn-dst button activated
just simple question...
when i activate that button and someone calls me it gives me a fast busy... it this normal ?
i touhgt it will send every call to the coverage path
well anything that can help will be appreciated

i assume you have a valid coverage path, and it is the one activated if you do a status on that station?

The manual says that it should go to cover, so I agree with tweege (Programmer) that you must not have a cover path active.
'Do not disturb' is usually used with hotel operations because it operates a little different than 'Send all calls'.

"Most calls coming to this station
(from another room, from the outside, or from the attendant), receive intercept
treatment (the call is routed to the attendant, to a recorded announcement, to voice
messaging, or to intercept tone)."

well already do the test and call trace one station trying to dial to my ext with dnd activated
i have a valid coverage path and
dnd/sac/go to cover? is set to yes but it gives a fast busy
