Hi,
Is there any way I can have a server in the dmz zone to access data on a server thats in a win2k domain and vice versa?
Thanks in advance.

Why not just map a drive. Also you could enter in the local host file of server in DMZ the IP and name of server in LAN. If the firewall allows you access there should be no problem.

Sham14,
That works from domain server to dmz server. But the dmz cant access the domain server.

On most firewalls all outbound traffic is allowed and no inbound unless you specify. You'll need to allow the traffic from the dmz zone into the internal network using the correct source and destination addresses. Please post you DMZ configuration as well as what type of firewall you have.

opening those ports is dangerous though - i would get the internal machine to push the files rather than pull from your DMZ
