$(DLLSelfRegisterEx) NOT FOUND!!

Guyz this is the 1st time i use the P&D and i kept getting this annoying error when i tried to install it in a win2k com.

"The file 'C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelfRegisterEx)' could not be registered because it was not found."

now i followed the steps in the book and this is what i get... can anybody pliz help me.. need a reply ASAP...

Use MSDN and save time. A simple search of

http://www.MSDN.microsoft.com

for "msftqws.pdw" gives this possibility.
