I was asked to create and email group for Customer Service. I have already created the Distribution List, and all users are recieving the emails. Now, I want these users to be able to reply to the messages, and the reciever to see CustomerService@company.com as the sender, not User@company.com How can I accomplish this?

Thanks for your help,
EA

I'm not sure if it's possible to configure this in exchange, but as a work around you could set up a profile in outlook for the people that will be sending on it to have the DL address as the reply-to. Alternatively, you could just add the "From" field to the headers displayed on the write message window do View->From. The user would have to remember to change it and have permissions to send as the DL.

Thanks for your reply remain. Where can I give rights to these users to send as the DL? I can't seem to figure it out.

I appreciate your help,
EA

I'm not positive that you have to do that, but if you do, first you have to make sure that you have permissions being viewable in the exchange admin program. to do this you go to tools->options->permissions tab and I think it's the 5th checkbox from the bottom.

then in the DL properties dialog give the users you want to have permission the user group permissions to that DL. I'd test to make sure before you roll it out.

You're the best. Thanks a lot remain.. That worked.
