DL in Exchange 5.5 and Mailbox in E2K 1

We are curretnly in the process of updating our Exchange 5.5 server to 2000. We have successfully joined the 2000 server to the 5.5 site and moved over 2 mailboxes. However 2 of those mailboxes are part of a DL that is on the 5.5 server and are not getting mail sent to the DL. any ideas why? Do I have to move that DL to the 2000 server? If I do, what of the other users who are part of the DL that are still on 5.5?

the GAL will be updated when the SRS kicks off. or, try closing outlook and opening it back up. you can force the connection 2k - 5.5 connection agreement (right-click). verify that the connection agreement is setup correctly.
