DL 380G4, Smart Array 6i - firmware update fail

Try to do the flash upgrade on disk if the server has a floppy drive, if not then you might have to create a bootlable CD rom with the flash program on it. I never perform firmware upgrades online, always safer to perfrom them offline and to have a copy of the existing firmware you are upgrading from available in case you need to downgrade due to problems.
