Where can I get a free download of this that works. I had it before, something I did must have deleted it. Is there a copy of it on the Win XP disc, if so, what directory?

WMP10 will not contain this Codec. Div3 was basically a decompiled and hacked version of one of Microsofts own codecs.
It was created by the DivX team who have now created their own codec.
