the only place i have seen that is with an upgrade package. if you know a local that upgraded recently, they would have one or check with your distrubator.. when your on a crew that does upgrades, you normally have one on your truck.

I think the last release that was available for use by non Nortel people was DKA9.2.exe. This is the only copy that I have along with KGA8.0.exe for use on a Lab system.
