I would like to setup a distribution list based on the server recipients. The idea is they can be emailed whenever there is a need to bounce the server.

Any ideas on how this can be achieved without having to select each mailbox?

ND, what I would do is export the Mailboxes from the server to a CSV file (Admin Program). Then create the distribution list you want for this server. (I would suggest using the server name) for example if the server was named MSXSvr1, name the Distribution list MSXSvr1. Once that is created go to the Members column and add "Distribution Lists/cn=MSXSvr1". Copy that entry all the way down the list of Mailboxes. Then import that CSV back into the Server or Global Address List.

Or easier:

Create a new dist list on the server called Everyone. Set the permissions to allow you to modify it.

Go to your Outlook and modify the everyone group. Add people, choose recipients, select the top one, slide to the bottom and shift select the bottom one. Click ok.

Everyone is in.
