I've recently migrated exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 and removed the old 5.5 box. The problem I'm having is that, although users can see the distribution groups, when a message is sent to the groups, no one gets it and it doesn't appear in any queue. If they add the group to the "To:" field and then click the "+" next to it to expand the group and show all of the addresses in the group, the message is sent. Can anyone help me? If I have to tell all of the users to expand the distribution group before sending, then I'll have an office full of confused people.....I'm confused as well.
