Distributing Reports

I want to create a report in Crystal, and give it to my Inventory Control Manager. His computer skills are relatively limited, so I don't want him to use full crystal to run it - mostly I don't him to have the power to change it, or otherwise mess it up, but I DO want him to be able to get fresh data every morning when he runs last night's report. And I want this report to continue to provide fresh data for years after I walk away from it.

There seems to be numerous approaches to distributing reports. What do you all recommend as an approach for my situation?

If you have v8.5 or earlier there is a compile feature that you can download for free that would allow him to view but not modify the report. The download, if you have v8 or v8.5 is listed on the LINKS page of my website.
