The above Tread is the exact same issue, no solution listed. All servers are consistant version numbering on 8.1 SCN
Here is what I have:
Site 1 (VM Pro of SCN running Application Server 8.1)
Site 2 (Distributed VM running on PC 8.1) PRI for Local access
My user here is having the issue. He records the greeting marks the greeting active. Plays the greeting from *17.
When an outside caller connects to his voicemail (local PBX), they get the generic IP Office voicmail with his name.
Site 3 (Distributed VM running Application Server 8.1) SIP carrier for local access
All seems to work correctly
** I know the easy answer is change site 2 to App Server, but this site is a State away and we utilize the Windows system for remote access(RDP) to the network and phone system management.
Thanks,
Jason
