distributed Tansaction To Oracle Server

I am using linked server for populating oracle tables from SQL Server 7.0. But i am unable to manage the transactions. Even the procedure gives runtime error it partiaaly commit data.
My requremnet is that if SQL server stored procedure gives run time error it should not commit any data in oracle tables.

Urgent help is required
