I have a distributed report created in Landscape View. When the user prints the report, it prints in Portrait. Even when the user changes the printer settings in the report to Landscape, it still prints in Portrait. I've tried it myself and cannot get it to print in Landscape. I've tried distributing again and no luck. Any suggestions?

Try posting what Crystal version you're using, and what software you're using to create the distributed report...
I don't know of any known issues with the CR Report distributor in terms of printing orientation not being accepted, except in VERY old versions, however if a report is distributed using ASP.NET and the printer didn't support Landscape it would need to be redone.
