Distinctive ringing is not working on route 22 and 30 but it works in route 17. It looks like the configuration are same..Looking at customer's configuration, NDRG is set to yes and ATDNs are defined for incoming trunks. And these ATDNs are MCR keys for the sets we have. So when a call comes from a trunk, it auto terminates to the ATDN and since this is the MCR key, the phone should ring distinctively. But it only works fine for the trunks in route 17...

they are already configure as you suggested

In that case, I say the feature is working. I bet the phones CLS are different, as in the one that answers Route 22 and 30 have CLS DRG1 and the one that answers Route 17 is CLS DRG2, 3, or 4

Could that be it?

all of them are DRG1

thanks

which command prints them ?

A stopwatch :-) I just want to make sure we are referring to the same "sound"

Normal ring is 2 seconds on - 4 seconds off

So, compare your normal ring and your distinctive ring, describing the cadence of each
