Displaying text.Length 1

Hi!

I'm stucked with a problem. I've got an input textbox, wich has character number limitation (120). Now, my problem is that i'd like to display the remaining characters in a separate textfield, while the user writes the message. I've tried some things, but did not manage. Help me out here please!
