In a cross-tab, I want to display the count of a field as a percentage. The percentages are displayed with no decimals. So very small values are shown as 0%. I would like to display them with two decimals, but when I format the values, it doesn't work and the percentages are still displayed with no decimals.
Can anyone help me?

Many thanks and greetings from Brugge (Bruges - Belgium),

Michel

Which Crystal, and what are you doing? In Crystal 10, you can definitley right-click and format.

Are you confusing decimals and rounding? It confused me several times when I was starting out.

Thank you for replying!
I work with CrystalXI, and indeed, you can right-click and format. But this has no effect! When I set decimals to 1.00 and rounding to .001, tis does not affect the result and the percentages still are displayed with no decimals at all.

Please see thread767-1216552 and look at my post on 12 Apr 8:10 for a method to do this. For further help, you should explain what your row, column, and summary fields are.

That makes no sense to me. You are doing this for the crosstab itself? For the correct column and row?
