We currently experience a high ratio of Agents inputting incorrect AUX codes, albeit inadvertently in some instances. Only those with access to CentreVu Supervisor would be able to advise those Agents of the AUX code they have input.

Is there a way of configuring either the phones or the switch to show, on the Agents Callmaster V display, which AUX Code they have input (rather than showing date/time, or VuStats, for example)??

All suggestions welcome.

Additionally, is there scope for the same idea, but within CTI so that the AUX status can be displayed on the Agents monitor??

Thanks

Isn't their phone labeled with all of the aux codes and logout codes? A green light should turn on for any of the buttons they press.

I see in Vu-Stats you can add "agent state". Do a "change vustats-display-format (and number)" and add it in "data type".

Thanks again Rich

In response to your first point, there is a single AUX button, and they input a number, so whilst we know they are in AUX, they don't know WHICH AUX!!

I was experimenting with vu-stats and this is what I came up with and it worked.

change vustats-display-format 10 Page 1 of 1 SPE A
VUSTATS DISPLAY FORMAT

Format Number: 10 Object Type: agent
Next Format Number: 11 Update Interval: 10 On Change? n
Data Field Character: $
Number of Intervals: 24

Format Description: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Data Type Format Period Threshold Ref
1: current-reason-code-name

Another query on this one - our VuStats configuration is such that when we want to access VuStats, we access it for a particular skill set (ie, inputting VuStats, followed by 1 then #

How would an Agent access the necessary turret display to access the AUX Code status??

I believe the same way except not a 1. You would use the new stat number.

Sorry for my ignorance Rich, but what's the Stat number? The reason I ask is that in your example my Engineer suggested we'd input 10, but it just looks for Skill 10 if you input 10 #, so can you tell me which turret keys we'd use to access VuStats on a Callmaster V?

Thanks

I meant format number. Judging by the station form you can only input one vu-stats format number. I may be wrong.
