Display weather on IIS intranet

Where can I find a script or some program that would allow me to display the current weather for a given zip code on out Intranet site. The key here is it needs to be something that would be displayed when someone comes to the main page. However not all users have INTERNET access, so the display has to be refreshed on the server itself and not on individual workstations. I am hosting on IIS 5 - site designed on MS Frontpage 2002.

If you are using that server as an internet proxy as well, you can disable cached pages from the site you are downloading the weather info from, in the proxy, disallow all internet access but that specific site.

Just an idea.
