When I right click on my desktop and click 'Properties' to get to my display properties, it takes almost 15 secs to open. What's the deal??

Display Properties SLOW to open

Even just right clicking on the desktop, it is slow to open the menu. Get the hourglass for a couple of secs. Help!

So does mine, but I have changed so many of my GUI preferences, couldn't even begin to know what I did.
