opt11.....When I dial #, it displays but after call is connected, users key in #s for automated system.....is there a setting somewhere that will allow the number to display as they're keying?
no, after answer supervision your display is not part of the equation.. might try tdd, couple of things i could check but i'm not at work... (2 weeks off)
Changing EESD to YES will allow you to see the digits on the display after the call is connected.
But keep in mind that it could be considered a security issue since those digits are often passwords or pins to voice mail, bank accounts etc.
IMO best to leave it set for NO.
