display name in exchange2k

I have done a search on how to change a display name in exchange 2000 (2kserver + AD) and i have renamed the account to what i want it to display and it still does not show up correctly.

i have changed it everywhere i can see (username, display name, alias) and still it shows the old name when i send an email with weboutlook.

is there some delay in time it takes to take affect with exchange? its been about 30 min and its still not changed.

oh and under exchange system manager it lists the mailbox name as being the correct name.

any ideas?

It will eventually replicate, or can go to your SM and run the RUS for the proper domain that contains the user in question.
