Display in Viewer is Blurry but fine in Designer

I have a strange problem with Crystal 8.5. I have few forms which are originally from Word. I have created a text box and pasted the word document inside the box. I am able to see it correctly in Cryustal Designer, able to edit the text character by character. However the users complain that the viewer brings out the form blurry.

How could Crystal have such a strange problem. The viewer and disigner do not agree. How do I solve this problem. Any help is highly appreciated.

Dear Ashishh,

Have you applied Service Pack 1 for Crystal 8.5? There was an issue that was corrected when inserted pictures displayed fuzzy and maybe this is related to the same issue.

Thanks for your reply. I did apply the service pack using your link. It did not fix the problem. It seems like the two use different interfaces because one is blurry and the other is not.

The desginer and viewer give same output but the browser (plugin) gives the blurry version, I should have cleared this earlier.

Any suggestions.

I also had similar problems with the viewers (viewing Blob objects) until I upgraded my client from CE8 to CE8.5. The difference in appearance was astounding.
