Display Events - Prompting Buffer Full

I ran a <disp events> and found one of my vector steps that is to play an announcemnt had errored "Prompting Buffer Full". I have never seen this before and hope someone can explain to me what this means please.

Someone probably pushed a whole bunch of buttons when the switch wanted to collect digits. I think the buffer holds about 30 digits, after that you get the over flow event.
