Disk or network error 1

At 11:48 AM everyday, some of the users of one of my Access '97 databases, but not all, receive a disk or network error.  The database is split and both parts are located on an NT server.  The users are using a Windows '95 or NT.  My network gurus say that it is the database.  I copied the database (both parts) to my hard drive and did not recieve the error.  What is causing this connection loss?
