Disk Image

Dear All :
I used to let Symantec Ghost tomake images to my Server Disks in a periodic times , but now , It's a requirment to make these images on-fly , so that it's not accepted to restart the server to make these images ,,
Any Idea how can I make this with Symantec Ghost ?
Or any suggestion software which may do this ?!
