This is a line setting, not a device setting.
So yes to all.
But remember the Teloc needs to have the setting turned on also as well as programmed in the KSU.

Where under sets is the prompt to turn it on? I can find it for trunks but not analog sets? I'm a Opt. CS1000E guy so my Norstar is limited and has about 15 years of rust on it.

As curly is saying, it's enabled under lines for the CO's, but not for the extensions. You won't find it under Terminals&Sets.
