Disconnect issue

I am currently using a WatchGuard x1000, with external users coming in through Citrix and SSL. The users keep getting kicked off for no apperant reason. I have checked Citrix from top to bottom and found nothing. I have checked their DSL numerous times and nothing. Has anyone ever encounted anything like thisbefore. I am think it is a firewall issue...

ANy suggestions would be greatly apperciated!!!!!

Watchguard and DSL is a little bit strange.
What you can make is install the newest firmware version 7.4 with all Hotfixes. They has change many in PPPoE Connection and Timeouts.

IS there any time out settings for incoming SSL?
