Disconnect clear timer for NCP500

Hi all,

Bascially an analogue line is not disconnecting when hitting voicemail. What is the timer i should give to BT?

it should clear on silent detection. does it ever clear?

No, the line stays open till i manually disconnect.

CPC should be 350MS

BT know this as Clear delay

Depends on the lines. ordinary lines should around 100 msecs whilst feature lines are 800 msecs. So really you should set the disconnect clear time in your system to close to these values.
