I know there are a few other threads out there pertaining to this issue...I have done a little bit of research with the imsext.dll and registering it and then making additions to the registry and I've done all this but can't actually add the text of our disclaimer in the value field for the OutboundAppend entry...

The field cuts off our disclaimer...Anybody know how to add the entire paragraph? I'm sure it's something simple I've overlooked but thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

I had this trouble at first with it.

You have to add the Disclaimer in the registry using RTF codes. What I did was open up wordpad on the server, type in the disclaimer save it and open it up in notepad - edit it so that it's all on one line and cut and paste.

Make sure the reg key is correct as well

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\MSExchangeIMC\Parameters\Extension]
"OutboundAppend"=" values here "

which would be \par This Email is confidential\par anybody found ready it is naughty

Hope it helps
