Is Disclaimer possible for Exchange 2000?

I found that setting up the disclaimers according to Microsoft documentation hosed the SMTP traffic; buy a 3rd party product like we did. We bought Policy Patrol but there is at least one more product out there.

Are you just talking about an email disclaimer ?. If you are then all you need to do is add the disclaimer as a signiture in outlook.

In the US Disclaimers are not legally valid, something to be aware of.
