Disassociate IP Phone with extension

I have an IP Phone that automatically logs into Extension 229 but it needs to login to Extension 230. 229 is a Phanton extension for forwarding.

I have tried assiging the phantom extension to a new H323 and 229 to the actual IP Phone extension but when I reboot the IPO the phantom extension grabs the phone.

Is there something I have to reset on the phone itself?

Mute logoff# assuming 16xx series
Hold logoff# if 56xx series
I think mute works on 96xx too
When it logs off it asks what ext you want

I see now that it is a CRAFT procedure on the 9600's. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
